The service was horrendous at the time I went!! I had gotten a booth yet they didn't serve me because they were too busy moving the tables to even serve me or ask me for a drink! Note of advice: If you ever go to this location, be careful who serves you because you can't trust everyone!

Service is practically non existent. Had to get our own own napkins and silverware. Told they were out! Couldn't grab it loose I guess. Asked for beer menu for another round. Waitress brought it and never returned. Had to go to front to get our check. Waitress asked, "You want your check?" What else would we both want at the front? Duh! Needless to say, no tip! And we are notorious my good tippers. Called manager to complain and it was like talking to a Valley Girl. You know, like . . . What a joke! Never to return to any Buffalo Wild Wings anywhere even for free!

I ordered a few times before & they messed up our to go order each time. Never again!!! We ordered from door dash & asked for crispy chicken but got grilled. I called the mgr Paul & he said the new girl messed up & offered a new sandwich next time I want to come in. I said fine & after hanging up I took a bite & couldn't even eat it due to being like rubber. I called back & asked the girl who couldn't find him to cancel my request & that it was so rubbery that I couldn't eat it & asking door dash to refund the money for that sandwich. I asked her to have Paul call me back. Never heard back from him. Doordash reimbursed me. This was at the Pavillions in Scottsdale.

Dinner on 03/05/19, was not the best day at BWW. The food was great as always but the service was poor. We waited so long to get our food and when we asked for anything from the wait staff, it was as if we were bothering them while they were doing something far more important. We remained kind and calm even when the staff was not. This is the place WE chose for my birthday dinner. While in the past we have had good experiences here, we will reconsider visiting here again. NOT a very happy birthday experience for sure.

Here for a recital. Absolutely no service or seating on patio where the recital is so i came inside to order and eat. It took almost 10 min just for a server to acknowledge us and at this point its been over 15 min and still no waters. Its been 24 min and our food is wrong. Still no waters... still waiting for what we ordered.. understaffed and obviously no one could care less.
